If you have a question or a concern, this is who can help and the procedure to follow.

"I have a concern or a question about my child?"  For anything relating to your child, their work or during the school day, please contact your child's class teacher via email and, if you would like to meet with the teacher, an appointment can be arranged.

"I cannot log into school grid or parentmail " Please contact the admin team by telephone or email us here

"I need to report an absence" Please contact the attendance line on 01582 500960 and leave a message including your childs name, class and the reason for their absence or email us here

"We are experiencing some difficulties and need some support as a family"  Our Family Worker, Mrs Lay is here to help.  Please contact her Klay@bestacademies.org.uk to arrange an appointment

If you wish to speak to a member of staff face to face, this needs to be via appointment as queries cannot always be responded to during the school day and some matters require further investigation.
